The role includes cutting, threading, and fitting pipes, as well as mounting valves, pumps, and sprinkler heads. The fitter performs pressure tests, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure the system operates safely and effectively. They work closely with supervisors and other trades on-site to complete installations on time and in compliance with fire protection standards.
