CNC or a Conventional Miller – Single Pieces & Small Series
This position takes an experienced CNC or manual milling machinist to join a well-equipped workshop specialized in single-piece and small batch machining.
Machines include:
CNC milling machines with Heidenhain TNC controls (TNC131, TNC355, TNC410MA, TNC415B)
Travel ranges up to 12,000 mm X, 2700 mm Y, 960 mm Z
3-axis DRO conventional mill (Mitutoyo)
Adjustable heads, tool changers, and more
What we need:
Experience with Heidenhain programming/handling or manual milling
Ability to work independently from technical drawings
It is a high-precision machining company based in Kampen, specializing in single pieces and small series for demanding industries. Their workshop is equipped with a combination of modern CNC milling machines (Heidenhain-controlled) and manual milling machines with digital readout.
Heidenhain operational system operating with some programming abilities, technical drawings reading, English language on a good spoken level.
Earnings range from €600 to €650 net per week, based on a 40-hour workweek.
netto extras = together from 2800 to 3040 eur netto per month
We provide accommodation near the workplace.
This includes a private room with shared facilities (kitchen, bathroom, and living area).
