Performing structural work, such as manufacturing, repairing, and modifying steel constructions and machine components, for example on conveyors, transport belts, and gearboxes.
– Adjusting and aligning, cleaning, and repairing machines.
– Welding materials as required (MIG/MAG, TIG, or electrode).
– Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings.
– Contributing ideas for improvements in constructions and assisting with their implementation.

Technical expertise in mechanical maintenance as well as experience in structural and bench work.
Completed technical education, such as mechanical engineering, metalworking, or a comparable field.
Familiarity with welding techniques (MIG/MAG, TIG) and certification is a plus.
Knowledge of technical drawings and schematics.
Safety awareness and a valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
A flexible attitude and willingness to work in shifts or on-call if required.
