We are seeking experienced sprinkler fitters for a major, long-term installation project in Amsterdam: the construction of a state-of-the-art data center. This project involves the installation of traditional Mech Tee sprinkler systems in a technically complex, high-value environment. Precision, technical knowledge, and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Scope of Work:
Installation of sprinkler piping: Cutting, threading, and assembling steel pipes according to detailed project drawings.
Mech Tee assembly: Correctly installing Mech Tee components with precise alignment and torque to ensure system reliability.
Fittings, brackets, and supports: Accurate placement and secure mounting of all couplings, hangers, and pipe supports to meet design and safety specifications.
System testing and commissioning: Performing pressure tests, leak detection, and functional testing to verify the sprinkler system meets strict fire safety standards required in data centers.
Coordination with other trades: Collaborating with electrical, HVAC, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimal disruption in a sensitive data center environment.
Documentation and reporting: Maintaining accurate records of installed piping, materials used, and testing results, reporting progress to supervisors regularly.
The work will be executed by a large-scale, well-structured installation team specializing in complex, high-quality mechanical and fire protection systems. The team works according to strict safety protocols, precise planning, and professional standards, with all necessary tools, equipment, and materials provided on site.

Proven experience with traditional sprinkler systems, specifically Mech Tee installations.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) to read technical drawings and coordinate with the team.
High safety awareness; VCA or equivalent safety certification is required.
Flexible availability for a long-term project in Amsterdam.
