Mogema is a high-tech expert in machining, welding, assembly and vacuum technology, specializing in fully-qualified (ultra) large and accurate machine frames, vacuum chambers and mechatronic (sub) systems. What we need
  • An education at mid-level, preferably in shipbuilding
  • Are you in possession of a valid VCA or VCA-Vol certificate
  • Must be able to communicate with the employee in Dutch or English
  • Demonstrable work experience as a Ship Metal Worker
  • Experience with reading drawings, measuring and marking
  • Experience with tack welding, grinding and burning
  • 2+ years experience in CNC milling
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings
  • Fluent in English
  • CAD/CAM programming advantageous
  • Familiarity with Fanuc or Heidenhain PLC systems
  • Operate 4-axis CNC milling machines
  • Interpret technical drawings
  • Ensure machine maintenance, tools exchange and setting
  • Proper quality check of final products (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc)
  • Collaborate for process optimisation
What We Offer
  • Starting from 600 EUR net per week / 40h
  • Monthly vacation allowance of approximately 130 EUR
  • Health care contribution of approximately 120 EUR per month
  • Total of approximately 2840 EUR net for basic hours per month
  • Transportation allowance of 0.19 EUR/km for commuting with own vehicle
  • Accommodation provided

We offer you a stable, long-term employment for several months.

Employment under a Dutch contract:

  • €650–€670 per week for 40 basic hours (including StiPP pension contribution), depending on experience, independence, and language skills
  • Approx. €120 per month holiday allowance
  • Approx. €110 per month healthcare allowance
  • Total from approx. €3,000 net per month for basic hours
  • Free accommodation in single rooms, SNF-certified
  • Health insurance provided
  • All social security, sickness, and pension contributions covered
  • Possibility to receive child benefits and allowances
  • On-site contact person and support in the Netherlands

    Working on morning and afternoon shifts, shift allowance makes it 800 weekly average including overtimes on Saturday possible.
