About the function

For a four week project ASML geb. 12 we are looking for one fitter to support Workshop Almere to independently prepare piping for the welders based on a spool drawing (a detailed fabrication drawing that shows a prefabricated section of piping a “spool”). Pipe sizes / diameters  ranging from DN15 to DN400. Experience with larger diameters (DN200+) is a must.
VCA-B Needed
Heftruck certificate needed
TIG – nice to have
Dutch nice to have

Personal protective equipment (PPE):

  • Safety shoes
  • Coveralls/work suit (no jogging pants or similar)
  • Fresh-air welding helmet (respirator welding hood)

ViPe Welding B.V. is an industrial company based in the Netherlands that specializes in the installation, prefabrication, and assembly of complex technical piping systems. They focus on chilled water, cooling, heating, steam, and gas installations.

What we need
  • An education at mid-level, preferably in shipbuilding
  • Are you in possession of a valid VCA or VCA-Vol certificate
  • Must be able to communicate with the employee in Dutch or English
  • Demonstrable work experience as a Ship Metal Worker
  • Experience with reading drawings, measuring and marking
  • Experience with tack welding, grinding and burning

What We Offer
  • Starting from 600 EUR net per week / 40h
  • Monthly vacation allowance of approximately 130 EUR
  • Health care contribution of approximately 120 EUR per month
  • Total of approximately 2840 EUR net for basic hours per month
  • Transportation allowance of 0.19 EUR/km for commuting with own vehicle
  • Accommodation provided
  • Attractive salary, paid weekly.
  • Earnings range from €700 to €720 net per week, based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • We provide accommodation near the workplace: This includes a private room with shared facilities (kitchen, bathroom, and living area), gratis if you work on a flex basis (no freelance).
