The welder has multiple years experience in thinwalled stainless steel TIG welding. During a practical welding test two butt welds (BW) and four fillet welds (FW) will performed, joining a total of five DN50 pipe sections with a wall thickness of 2 mm. Our client maintains very high quality standards and is seeking a skilled TIG welder with proven experience in welding thin-walled stainless steel piping (1.5–2.5 mm). Their production focuses primarily on double-walled piping systems, likely intended for cooling or condensation applications. Approximately 90% of all welds involve thin-walled pipes. A gas mixture of Argon and Hydrogen (Ar + H₂) is used during welding.
